What is the best way to take the she-ology supplements?
The best way to take the supplements is two or three times a day after eating. For the she-ology Plus formulations that would be taking three or two capsules at a time two or three times a day. The capsules are easy to swallow and by taking them after eating there will not be any gastrointestinal side effects, such as nausea. Taking them consistently and daily will ensure the greatest benefits.

Why are there so many herbs in the propriety blend?
Knowing that the symptoms of PMS, Peri-Menopause and Menopause include hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, anxiety, depression, irritability, cramps, food cravings, fatigue, water retention, bloating, breast tenderness, low sex drive and fatigue, we wanted to create a formulation that would relieve as many of these symptoms as possible. Can you take HRT with the she-ology supplements?
Since there are no studies showing the safety of using HRT with she-ology supplements, we recommend that you only take the two together for four weeks. Once you have taken the she-ology supplements for that amount of time you should stop or wean off HRT. You should not take the two together for longer than four weeks. We recommend consulting with your health care provider before taking she-ology supplements with HRT.

Can I take she-ology supplements if I have breast cancer?
Passion flower extract has been approved to be taken for breast cancer patients to alleviate vasomotor symptoms including hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, depression, mood swings, cramps, palpitations, and sleep disturbances. Since our herbal formulations have over 12 plant-based ingredients that have not been studied with breast cancer patients, you should consult your health care provider before taking she-ology supplements.

How long will it take for the supplements to start working?
We recommend allowing six to eight weeks to allow she-ology supplements to ease hormonal symptoms. Clinical studies show the majority of herbal ingredients took three months to show their maximum benefits. We recommend that you take she-ology supplements for three months for best results.
